How does it work?

We make it easy!

We chat with you on camera, craft your story into a video, and deliver it on a memory key. 

Yours forever.

1. Planning – We start with a Zoom call to discuss your vision, location, and what you’d like to say.
    
2. Filming – We arrive with professional gear, including a camera, lights, and an optional teleprompter. We set up your space, mic you up, and record your video in a comfortable, natural way.
    
3. Editing – We craft your story into a seamless, polished video. You'll receive a private online link to review and request any changes.
    
4. Delivery – Once approved, your finished Forever Legacy Video is transferred onto a memory key and delivered in a beautiful gift box.
    

The entire process takes about two weeks, but we can expedite it if needed.

You receive your Forever Legacy Video as a digital download, as well as on a Memory Key, packaged in an elegant keepsake box. The video file is easily transferable to any of your digital storage devices.

You may want to gift different recipients their own unique Memory Key. One (1) Memory Key is included with each package. Please inquire about pricing for additional keys and gift boxes.

Rescheduling is never a problem. We retain the original deposit as your project moves forward.

Cancelation at least 14 days prior to your filming date will result in a full refund. Any cancelations made less than two weeks in advance will result in a $250 administrative fee that will be withheld from your original deposit.

Think of your presentation as a "letter", addressed to whomever you wish.

We recommend that you go over your presentation(s) as often as you are able in preparation of filming. The more comfortable you are with your words, the better you will look and sound. 

That said, maybe you'd like to deliver a non-scripted video? Or, maybe you want to read a bedtime story or share a secret recipe for future generations? It's all up to you. We can discuss your ideas over our initial complimentary Zoom call.

If you would prefer to deliver a scripted message, our teleprompter can help you stay on track and ensure you don't miss important points. It's particularly useful for longer messages, where memorization might be challenging. Included with each package.

When faced with a daunting task like sorting through countless photo albums or digital images, it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed. Making decisions about which photos to keep can feel like an impossible feat. However, here are some gentle guidelines that might make the process a bit easier for you:

First and foremost, take a moment to reflect on your loved one's life and the themes that truly encapsulate who they were. Each photo you select should resonate with one of these themes. Consider images that:

• Capture your loved one engaged in their hobbies, passions, and interests.
• Showcase their unique personality traits.
• Include snapshots from their childhood. While many in the room might not be familiar with these photos, they can provide a beautiful glimpse into a different aspect of your loved one's life.
• Feature moments shared with family, friends, or other important communities in their life.
• Highlight special occasions and cherished memories such as graduations, holidays, weddings, and births.
• Depict memorable vacations and beloved travel destinations.

Sorting through memories can be an emotional journey, but know that each photo chosen will help preserve and honour the legacy of your loved one in a meaningful way. The Memorial Legacy Video will not only serve as a touching tribute during the funeral service but also as a cherished keepsake for family and friends to revisit for years to come.
